Our commitment to excellence extends to the aging process, with each batch of spiced rum resting in 110-litre oak barrels. This choice of smaller barrels accelerates the interaction between the rum and the oak, imparting a complex array of flavors and a mellow smoothness that only time-honored aging can achieve.
