Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Sadly, we’re not able to send orders overseas just yet — but we’re working on it.

Delivery Costs & Timings

  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £70

  • Orders under £70 carry a £6.25 delivery charge (ex VAT)

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, with deliveries made between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays.

Our Courier Partners

A lot of our deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partner, DPD — they’re reliable, fast, and take good care of our beer.

While our delivery packaging is thoroughly tested, we know that the occasional knock or delay can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or your courier tracking shows unexpected delays or rescheduling, we recommend:

  1. Checking your DPD tracking link first for live updates or redelivery options.

  2. If that doesn’t resolve things, please get in touch with us directly — we’ll be happy to help sort it.

We take pride in ensuring your order reaches you safely, and we’ll always do what we can to make things right if there are ever any problems.

Free Local Friday Delivery

We offer free local delivery every Friday to the following postcodes:
CO10, CO9, CO8, CB9, IP28, CO6 1J, IP29, IP30, IP31, IP32, IP33

Click & Collect

You’re very welcome to collect your order in person from either of our Suffolk locations during normal business hours.

When collecting, please bring:

  • Your Dispatch Confirmation, and

  • A form of photo ID (passport, driving licence, or valid proof-of-age card)

Age Verification

Many of our products contain alcohol — which means they’re only for those aged 18 or over.
By placing an order, you confirm you’re of legal drinking age in the UK.

For any delivery or collection containing alcohol or age-restricted items:

  • Proof of age may be required on delivery.

  • Our couriers (or our team at collection) reserve the right to refuse delivery or collection if satisfactory ID cannot be provided.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy — if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, please have your ID ready. It keeps everyone on the right side of the law (and the bar).
