Great value for an annual membership and important to support a local brewery rather than drinking mass-market beers. I'll be regularly ordering the best non-alcoholic beer around, Venture Point Five, so the discounts make it more than worth it. Hope the Ipswich shop opens soon...

I’ve paid the £50 membership fee and received the polo shirt, thanks. I didn’t receive the membership card or tour vouchers. I phoned a week ago Friday and spoke to Holly. She said she would take care of it for me. I received an email from Victoria this past Friday and she said she would issue me a new membership card and number. I’m hoping that will arrive in the coming week

Great brewery with a great distillery too. They put on many special functions and weekend events providing good beers and spirits and good food from the various food trucks that visit. Well worth a look if you’re about.

This is my third year as a member and as always beer orders never disappoint.on renewal I purchased a fresh beer case of Suffolk county along with bottles of the same and of lager! (Delicious) . The renewal process seems to unfortunately be a bit disjointed.
First renewal price was for £40. I then received an email saying my renewal price was £33.
After a phone call I ended up paying £50. So after all I’m still not sure exactly how much I should pay?? A little bit more clarification on this matter would be nice.

Membership at only £40 is brilliant value. My complementary case of Stour Valley Gold was delivered the following Friday. Also like to support a great local brewery. Looking forward to what’s ahead for 2025.

And I'm into my 3rd - or possibly 4th year. Absolutely a fine deal - BUT.... in order to get the full benefit of Membership I have had to take out a NEW membership. Renewal has poorer benefits compared to new membership. Something needs to be done to balance New membership as opposed to membership renewal. How about letting the 10% discount be used against membership renewal?

Slight issue with renewal as 'computer say no' but we got there in the end. Glad to renew again, it's the best value out there. Having completed that on Christmas eve, I then received a message on new years eve advising that my membership was about to lapse. Damn those gremlins!

Membership @ £40 is a complete no-brainer. My case of Stour Valley Gold was delivered within two days 👍. Also like to support a great local brewery. Looking forward to seeing how your expansion plans develop.

I'm not one normally attracted by memberships of retail outlets, assuming they are "catch-pennies", but membershipo of Nethergate has turned out to be a winner for me. As the grandfather of thirsty, hop-headed grandsons, I can heartily recommend it. Somehow, it really works and makes you feel like part of the family, as well as being sound value. I've developed a taste for Suffolk County as well.............

As a frequent user of the BSE site, excellent site always providing a warm welcome and excellent range of liquid options. It also provides a choice of comfortable seating options.
Only gains four stars because it no longer opens on a Monday which is the day when I have most availability (and other venues are also closed.

This is a great membership, gifts, discounts and member nights. All top drawer and helping a local business.

Now going into my second year ! So far this year I made a fairly large order which I collected some of the Boxes were enjoyed by friends (Mancave) and really were appreciated at the brewery it was great customer service and recently on renewal I received a wonderful case of bottles to be enjoyed soon ! And great news regarding improving the brewery shop and Tap Room I’ll be ordering more soon ! Well Done Nethergate

I’ve been a member of Nethergate since lockdown when the brewery kept me sane with a weekly 9 pints of SVG. It was and still is the best value £40 you’ll spend at the brewery. Discounts, freebies, member only functions and a warm glow knowing you’re helping a local business serve the local community with excellent products.
I can’t rate it highly enough!
