There are millions of golden beers, but not every brewery takes the time to perfect one from the ground up. Every drop of Stour Valley Gold is brewed using pure water drawn from our own Stour Valley well. It’s a literal connection to the landscape that has defined Nethergate since 1986. We don't just name it after the valley; we brew the valley into the glass, ensuring a "quietly bold" character that mass-produced beers simply can't replicate.

A SEVEN-HOP MASTERPIECE

We didn't set out to chase trends; we set out to find balance. Years of fine-tuning led us to a meticulous blend of seven hop varieties, including Azacca, Centennial, and Citra. This modern citrus brightness meets classic English Goldings to create a beer that’s floral, rounded, and clean. At 4.2%, it’s light enough for easy drinking yet full enough to leave its mark, whether enjoyed in a bustling beer garden or a quiet moment at home.
