We've been brewing beer (and now distilling spirits too) in Suffolk since 1986. From our award-winning ales and craft beers to our taprooms, festivals, and tours, everything we do is rooted in passion, quality, and a big love for our community. We’re a small, friendly team with plenty of ambition – and we’re always on the lookout for great people who share our enthusiasm.
There’s real variety in what we do, and that means a wide mix of opportunities: from apprenticeships in brewing to roles in our shops and taprooms, trade sales, driving and logistics, and even creative jobs like photography and videography.
Experience is always welcome, but what we really look for is enthusiasm, a team spirit, and a willingness to get stuck in. In return, we offer plenty of support, a chance to grow, and (of course) discounts on the best beer around.
Take a look below at the current positions we’re looking to fill – we’d love to hear from you.

We work with award-winning training partner HIT Hospitality Industry Training to help people step into our industry and build a career through Level 2–5 apprenticeships We've had great success bringing in people with real passion for what we do - people who want more than just a job and are keen to carve out a future in our industry and make a real difference with us.
An apprenticeship with us means being a fully-fledged member of our team from day one - gaining hands-on experience across all areas of our business in Suffolk and contributing to our brewery, distillery, taprooms, shops and visitor centre whilst also receiving structured training and support from HIT’s industry experts at regular interval throughout the programme. Ultimately, you’re learning on the job, earning a wage, and working towards a recognised qualification at the same time.
They’re not for everyone - but for the right person, they’re a brilliant way to fast-track your career into an industry you love. While we aim to recruit a new apprentice at least every year or so, we’re currently actively welcoming applicatings interested in the apprenticeships below:
