Every brewery has its milestones — New Dawn is ours. Brewed to mark the next chapter of our story, it’s a golden ale that looks ahead without forgetting where it came from. At 4%, it’s light on its feet but full of purpose: crisp, refreshing, and crafted with the same attention to flavour that’s long defined our cask beers.
We kept things simple — just Mosaic hops, nothing else — because sometimes one good thing done well is all you need. The result is a pint that greets you with a subtle citrus lift, a hint of soft fruit, and a clean, satisfying finish that invites another sip.
