When we decided to brew a lager, it wasn’t about following trends — it was about doing it our way. After decades perfecting the art of cask beer, we set out to create a lager that carried the same depth of flavour, balance, and soul you’d expect from a Nethergate pint, just served colder and crisper. Every step is handled with the same craftsmanship — longer conditioning, patient fermentation, and an obsession with taste over tempo.
Traditional Saaz and Tettnang hops bring that classic noble aroma — floral, earthy, with a whisper of spice — while a final flourish of Centennial hops adds a refreshing citrus brightness. The result is clean and smooth, but with enough flavour to make you stop and appreciate it. It pours golden and gleaming, with a gentle fizz and a finish that lingers just long enough to remind you it’s made by brewers who care about what’s in the glass.
This isn’t a mass-produced “continental” lager; it’s Suffolk through and through — brewed by people who believe flavour belongs in every style.
