It's all starting to become very real!

If you’ve been past the brewery in the last week or so or visited during our Easter Beer Festival, you’ll have seen it - the frame for our new building is suddenly up! What's been months of groundwork, mud, plans and patience is all beginning to take shape.

Until now, a lot of the progress has been underfoot or behind the fence. Important, but not always easy to picture. This feels different. You can stand there and actually see it - where the taproom will sit, where the shop will welcome you in, where a pint might end up in your hand.

A big milestone some might say!

The footage we’ve shared gives a proper look around the site as it stands today - still very much a working build, but now with a real sense of structure and scale. What once needed explaining is starting to speak for itself.

Alongside that, you’ll see the latest birdsye site plan - mapping out what’s to come. The new shop and taproom at the heart of it, a café space to settle into, gardens to stretch out in, space for the kids' to run around and even a hop growing area for our brewery!

It’s not just about a building. It’s about creating somewhere people and the community can spend time - whether that’s a quick pint, a slow coffee, or a full afternoon with friends and family.

Of course, there’s still plenty to do. What you see now is just the bones. There’s cladding, roofing, interiors, landscaping and a fair bit more decision-making (and no doubt a few more changes along the way…).

But this is the point where it starts to feel real.

We’ll keep sharing updates as things move on — and if you’re visiting us in the meantime, do take a moment to have a look over the fence. It won’t be long before you’re walking through the front door instead.
